MAHARLIKHA Redemption and Sovereignty

The Pope signaled the vital role of MAHARLIKHA (Noble, Free Creation) to Abrahamic religions when he visited Sri Lanka and Philippines. But remaining in ignorance Filipinos instead handed him to syndicate Noynoy Aquino administration of corrupt de facto Philippine govt. that showed his gestures of dismay, instead of to the true OWNER of OCT 01-4 greater than King Solomon, the QUEEN OF THE SOUTH of Kingdom Filipina Hacienda (KFH) DIVINE Government of MAHARLIKHA   


With the MAJESTY OF LAW (OCT 01-4, IPRA Law, Secret Books of Redemption of Treaty of Versailles, Treaty of Paris, etc.) the Only LEGITIMATE One World DIVINE Government is the KFH of MAHARLIKHA QUEEN HRM Salvacion Legaspi​ that shall REDEEM and regain back SOVEREIGNTY to this Nation and to International Community.


The only HOPE for World Humanity is for Filipinos and International Community to support, volunteer with each one's contribution for the MOTHER PROVINCE of KFH to Rise (in Iligan City, Region 10 the Center of NEW JERUSALEM in Mindanao, the True LAND OF PROMISE). Then ALL the World's Debt shall be cancelled that will REDEEM Humanity from its impending slavery and destruction, and SOVEREIGNTY regained (Matt. 12:39-42).

When will Filipinos Awaken from ignorance, stubbornness, utak talangka mentality before finally resolving the Nation to UNITE and Transcend and be SOVEREIGN Citizens of KFH of MAHARLIKHAN Tribe?

Otherwise when not heeding to this Solution that would otherwise REDEEM Humanity, Filipinos will instead gain anger from God, Mother Nature, even International Community.

THE Treaty of Paris expired l976. That means, the whole nations lost its rights over their jurisdictional territories. To remedy the situation, they form the bilateral and trilateral agreements. But the participating nations failed or intentionally, did not pay the 2 ½ % interest on loans from the GBC’s that they borrow from the PHILIPPINES as GBC’s issued by President Ferdinand E. Marcos, Including the Federal Reserve System World Settlement Redemption.


To collect, FM called for the Manila Summit Conference 1966 , nobody paid, and given an extension, till another Manila Volcanic Conference was called. Still, no nations paid their debt.


On the part of the Republic of the Philippines, with the ouster of FM in l986 EDSA REVOLUTION, the next President Corazon C. Aquino, called a Constitutional Convention to form the 1987 Revolutionary Constitution. Article XVIII , Section 3, calls for the formation of a Sovereign Nation, Transition Government , to replace the Republic of the Philippines. And during the time of Ex Pres. Fidel V. Ramos, ratified in 1997, the IPRA LAW 8371, serves as Rules and Guidelines in the establishment of a New Sovereign Nation. The Republic of the Philippines was given an extension up to 2004 to rule and 10 years to turn-over the framework to the Sovereignty, “We the Filipino People”.


Amendment of 1987 Constitution, Article XVI, Section 2, provides a new nation and government, by the Philippine Congress, the IPRA 8371, RATIFIED IN 1997.


THIS IS LONG OVERDUE AND OVERLY EXTENDED BY THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AND HAS FAILED TO PROMULGATE THIS EXISTING INTERNATIONAL JURISDICTIONAL RIGHTS OF OCCUPANCY, UNDER THE TRANSITION OF THE I987 AMENDED CONSTITUTION, ARTICLE XVIII for the rising of a NEW GOVERNMENT and in the fulfillment of the constitution as provided under GOD AND COUNTRY so “WE THE FILIPINO PEOPLE ARE NOW, calling for the Righteous Citizens of the World.


However, the present Transitional president Pres. Benigno S. Aquino III, FAILED the task under his electoral victory as president, in promulgating the Article XVIII, Transition of the 1987 Constitution, for good governance and administration in its virtue, by enforcing the hereditary succession of interest of the international instrument , to the Primary Existing Government for a NEW PHILIPPINES.


THE PRESENT REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES IS NOW A DEFACTO GOVERNMENT.

In the interest of justice for the KINGDOM FILIPINA HACIENDA, and for the people of the Philippines and the rest of the world,, we seek the support of the citizenry to help and support, to rise the SOVEREIGNTY, that has long been conspired and corrupted by the political status quo STATESMAN.

IF WE FAILED TO DECLARE A NEW SOVEREIGN NATION, THE RULE OF LAW WILL COLLAPSE, ECONOMY WILL PLUNDER, BANKS WILL CLOSE, AND MOTHER NATURE WILL TAKE ITS COURSE PUNISHING THIS COUNTRY OF UNRIGHTEOUSNESS. MANY WILL DIE OF HUNGER, CIVIL STRIFE, SUPERTYPHOONS, EARTHQUAKES, VOLCANIC ERUPTIONS, FLOODS, LANDSLIDES, TSUNAMIS, VERY FEW WILL SURVIVE!!!


IF WE DECLARE A NEW SOVEREIGN NATION, ALL BOOKS WILL BE CLOSED, OPENING OF NEW BOOKS, THE FEDERAL RESERVE WILL BE OPEN, TO START FOR A NEW BEGINNING, THE NEW WORLD GOVERNMENT, AND FUNDS WILL FLOW FOR HUMANITARIAN AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS THAT WILL BENEFIT THE WHOLE COUNTRY AND THE REST OF THE WORLD.
