THE Treaty of Paris expired l976. That means, the whole nations lost its rights over their jurisdictional territories. To remedy the situation, they form the bilateral and trilateral agreements. But the participating nations failed or intentionally, did not pay the 2 ½ % interest on loans from the GBC’s that they borrow from the PHILIPPINES as GBC’s issued by President Ferdinand E. Marcos, Including the Federal Reserve System World Settlement Redemption.


To collect, FM called for the Manila Summit Conference 1966 , nobody paid, and given an extension, till another Manila Volcanic Conference was called. Still, no nations paid their debt.


On the part of the Republic of the Philippines, with the ouster of FM in l986 EDSA REVOLUTION, the next President Corazon C. Aquino, called a Constitutional Convention to form the 1987 Revolutionary Constitution. Article XVIII , Section 3, calls for the formation of a Sovereign Nation, Transition Government , to replace the Republic of the Philippines. And during the time of Ex Pres. Fidel V. Ramos, ratified in 1997, the IPRA LAW 8371, serves as Rules and Guidelines in the establishment of a New Sovereign Nation. The Republic of the Philippines was given an extension up to 2004 to rule and 10 years to turn-over the framework to the Sovereignty, “We the Filipino People”.


Amendment of 1987 Constitution, Article XVI, Section 2, provides a new nation and government, by the Philippine Congress, the IPRA 8371, RATIFIED IN 1997.


THIS IS LONG OVERDUE AND OVERLY EXTENDED BY THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AND HAS FAILED TO PROMULGATE THIS EXISTING INTERNATIONAL JURISDICTIONAL RIGHTS OF OCCUPANCY, UNDER THE TRANSITION OF THE I987 AMENDED CONSTITUTION, ARTICLE XVIII for the rising of a NEW GOVERNMENT and in the fulfillment of the constitution as provided under GOD AND COUNTRY so “WE THE FILIPINO PEOPLE ARE NOW, calling for the Righteous Citizens of the World.


However, the present Transitional president Pres. Benigno S. Aquino III, FAILED the task under his electoral victory as president, in promulgating the Article XVIII, Transition of the 1987 Constitution, for good governance and administration in its virtue, by enforcing the hereditary succession of interest of the international instrument , to the Primary Existing Government for a NEW PHILIPPINES.


THE PRESENT REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES IS NOW A DEFACTO GOVERNMENT.

Open Letter to Indonesian President from Maharlikha Queen

Open Letter to INDONESIAN Pres. Joko Widodo from HRH Salvacion Legaspi of KINGDOM FILIPINA HACIENDA of MAHARLIKHAN TRIBE. on the case of victim Mary Jane Veloso who was scheduled for execution due to drug trafficking that many people believed she was innocent of and was framed up. This morning together with UK trained Legal Executive Regina Mercado we personally handed the letter to Consul  Hon. Agus Majid of the Indonesian Consulate date 27 April, 2015 in Davao City, Philippines (Maharlikha).

The good Consul was also personally reminded that the Indonesian word Merdeka also means Maharlikha.

Proof beyond reasonable doubt 

I am making an appeal for clemency on behalf of Mary Jane Veloso on the grounds of the witness statement that the defendant had pleaded innocent; that she did not hide the drugs on the suitcase that the brother of the recruiter’s boyfriend had given it to her. Who is the real mastermind behind the crime? Was she aware of the luggage that she carried was drug? Did she have an intention to commit a crime? Circumstantial evidence can be used on the basis provided that: 1) there is more than one circumstance. 2) the facts from which the inferences are derived are proven; and 3) the combination of all circumstances is such as to produce a conviction beyond reasonable doubt.
The circumstances did not prove that the chain of events from the moment she was handed the suitcase until she reached Indonesian airport that she willingly participated in the drug mule. There is a big question mark in this chain of events. The circumstances proved should constitute an unbroken chain which leads to only one fair and reasonable conclusion, to the exclusion of all others, is the guilty person. What about the recruiter? The boyfriend?  The brother who had given the suitcase?
Unless proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt this case should be acquitted by any prosecuting judge. Proof beyond reasonable doubt does not mean the degree of proof excluding the possibility of error and producing absolute certainty. Only moral certainty or “that degree of proof which produces conviction in an unprejudiced mind” is required.

No admission of guilt until last hours of nearby execution

The prosecution needs a judicial review that the evidence is not water tight enough to convict the Filipina domestic helper. Until now in her nearing death sentence the mother of two children never pleaded guilty, a proof of innocence that she is a victim of human trafficking.

International Law on Human Rights

1. The right to a fair trial must be guaranteed to foreigners of the host countries. A duty of care must be securely guaranteed to all foreign nationals for protection and security.2. The rights of the children were also breached when Veloso’s two children who were already in Indonesia were not able to see their mother as they were late just a few hours.  On humanitarian grounds, the Indonesian government must be seen to be human. She is a mother and by executing her, the two young children will be orphaned, a social cancer that could be avoided. Children who are deprived of maternal love are going to commit crimes due to the absence of parental love and care. Under the International Human Rights Law it is guaranteed that the welfare of the children is paramount in any legal proceeding. This is also found in the United Nations of Rights of a Child.3. Right to a Family- Mary Jane Veloso’s rights are also violated on the ground that she made sacrifices to work in Hongkong and Malaysia as a domestic helper, instead she had been victimised by evil gang. Her right to a family is being violated by convicting her to death penalty. This is double injustice being done to an innocent mother who is naive and uneducated.

Diplomatic Relations and Ancient Brotherhood.

Historically our forefathers came from Indonesia. We have the same bloodline the Maharlikan people. Our language, culture and origins are similar. Poverty and corruption is rampant in the current Maharlika (Philippines) and due to this a social cancer has erupted. Filipinos go overseas to work as servants to foreign land and many are victims of rape and drug mules.
I am making this appeal that as we are one family of the same heritage to please use the power to order clemency provided by the Indonesian Constitution. The Maharlikan people implore your Honor to acquit the innocent mother of two children. This will enhance your good image on the war on drugs is just and acceptable in the international arena of law.

Peace between the United States and Spain (Treaty of Paris) was signed on Dec. 10, 1898, and came into force April 11, 1899, Article 3 specified Spain ceded to the U.S. the Philippines, in the Peace Treaty, that United States was designated as the receiving country, in the transfer of the SOVEREIGNTY of the Philippines from Spain to this is an “interim” status condition, specified upon the date of cessation, under THE INTERNATIONAL LAW, an authorized CIVIL UNITED STATES as the “Receiving Country” for the cessation, government for the Philippines, to whom the Principal Occupying Power can relinquish Territory NOW, EXIST!

The U.S. CONGRESS drafted the Philippine Constitution which was ratified in 1935, this occurred during the time of the Commonwealth Act 733 between the United States and the Republic of the Philippines 1901 – 1946, and an inauguration of Philippine Independence for civil Administration was enforced Jurisdiction holding the international instrument, the Sovereign Rights of the Indigenous Tribe of the NATIVE TITLE, the Original Certificate Title a.k.a. The Philippines was referred to by the ancient Hebrews as Ophir. The beloved in the song of Solomon with skin darkened by the kiss of Sun would be from the land of the Queen of South, also known as Sheba (Java/ Sabah). His quote: "A place called Medang was mentioned, too, which is possibly Medan in Sumatra, Indonesia." The place of Kampung Medan, Sumatra appeared only during year 1590. Had the Philippine mainstream academic institutions that are tasked to nurture the legacy and heritage of ancestors bypassed what could possibly be a misinformation glitch? The Laguna Copperplate was rumored to be lost in possession. Where is the Laguna Copperplate artifact now??

Contrary to (mis)information from postulation by Mr. Morrow, the reference should be in Medang, on the island of Java, present day Indonesia. By 900 AD Medang, fittingly by then was already a kingdom that predated the Majapahit Empire that was also based in Java. The Laguna Copperplate mentioned of the Chief of Medang being representative of the Chief of Diwata, near Butuan, in the island of Mindanao, in MAHARLIKA.

By 900 AD, the maritime Sri Vijaya Empire had spread across the Southeast Asian regions. The Sri Vijaya Empire predated the Majapahit Empire that became the World's richest empire during the 14th Century. By the 15h Century, the Maharajahs of the Majapahit Empire transplanted to the Kingdom of MAHARLIKA.

Recalled back with this blogger's hypothesis (or isn't it a theory??) "Consciousness as source of Gravity" borne from discussion at a Physics chatroom (being a Physics enthusiast) that occurred year 2000, it had since then stirred waves from across the Physics Community. The Community was never the same again after that.

Eventually, articles, books, peer reviews on Physics and Consciousness began to surface in the Science World by the mid 2000's. About a decade ago A Physics forum website from where this blogger posted many years back had its forumers discussing and eventually publishing a Physics book on Gravity and Consciousness. The Science forum website once had a rule that prohibited challenging Einstein's. This blogger inadvertently forgot the rule and by the time it got posted on a thread, it was too late and had already been discussed. The site administrator announced the temporary closure of the website, citing sponsorship withdrawal. Months later the website returned with new sponsorship. This blogger then checked on the forum rules that prohibited challenging Einstein's and found it deleted. This blogger's thread however, remained. Haha. A chatter who finally introduced himself as a Doctor-Physicist (a pleasant surprise), who turned out not just a scientist but does seminar for fellow scientists, expressed his thanks, curiously profusely, to this blogger in behalf of other chatters in the Science rooms being frequented. When asked, he recounted having able to befriend a brilliant individual who requested one-on-one seminar and discovered he was the co-inventor of a lifesaving maneuver used Worldwide. After sharing this blogger's views from the Physics chat we frequented, to the brilliant co-inventor, the latter actually agreed and thus began a valuable friendship between them.
Year 2014 and this civilization witnessed the rendition of what could be another classic Sci-Fi masterpiece on its film industry, the movie Interstellar. The movie actually tackled the hypothesis (or theory??) in its plot.

However, after posting the hypothesis (or theory, duh) on a local Philippine social media page, there encountered amusingly arrogant, materialistic individuals but utterly ignorant of things BEYOND the material (with such products of a mainstream educational system, with due consideration to some dedicated teachers who were fellow seekers of Truth, makes one question what systematic manipulations had been committed to result such mediocrity on this part of the World). In our country such despicable attitudes are referred to as "utak talangka" or crab mentality (based on observation when crabs pull each other down in attempt to escape from a basket), the fugly green eyed monstrosity to pull down anything that stood against one's whimsy egotism, or arrogant ignorance.
