Me: Used to have that misconception but did further research instead. Contrary to orchestrated attack by Illuminati against his name (be weary of being deceived to commit such), King Philip II during that time in his noble benevolence to protect our native ancestors from the abuses of entrenched Spanish officials and friars sent Gov. Miguel Lopez de Legazpi who defended our ancestors to the Spanish Supreme Court and eventually won the Title for the country the OCT 01-4. King Philip II through Gov. Legazpi then gave the Title in Ownership as repesented by Maharlika King Luisong (from Sri Vijaya-Majapahit Empire now presently ASEAN, from whom Luzon was named) and named after him as "Hacienda Filipina" the benevolent Gift to regain the Nation's SOVEREIGNTY against the colonial abusers.

Now comes the great great grandaughter of King Luisong and Gov. Legazpi and the Christ prophesied Queen of the South born hidden in area of Tinago falls (it means "to hide") in Iligan City HRM Salvacion Legaspi Y Espiritu Santo (Divine Feminine) and revealed by the Secret Book of Redemption of Treaty of Paris, through DIVINE Highlights the Owner once lost now Found prophesied by Christ more than 2000 years ago (Matt. 12:39-42) the Queen of South / Sheba (Sheba means Java, be reminded the original Hebrews were Maharlikans, Pili Pino). The child prince Philip who in endearment the country was named was direct descendant of Philip the Good Duke of Burgundy and founder of the Order of the Golden Fleece that dated back since ancient Greece. Research further and the name Philip originated from ancient Greece meaning "lover of horses". To the noble Maharlikan the gallant creature was a status symbol and such name would refer to choosing the fine horses, like a friend/lover. In the writings of Greek philosopher Plato, Socrates also mentioned of horses and the transcendence of Nobility of Man and his struggle with carnal nature to higher Spirituality symbolized by maneuvering as the friend charioteer of the gallant creatures. Its ancient origin came from the Indigenous word PILI meaning "choose."

Research further the Hebrew king renowned for horses was King Solomon and he had intimate interaction with Maharlika Queen of Sheba and with ancient Ophir, the land of Maharlika, the original Hebrews being Maharlikans. Research further the ancient Greeks had already interacted with Maharlika and it was first mentioned during the Trojan War era as "Chryse" meaning Isle of Gold. Odysseus went off course to Maharlika and encountered the cyclops giant (skeletal remains of cyclops were discovered in a Davao City inland resort) in Zamal island who turned out to be the keeper of the Golden Fleece, and in Zamal island (not Samar as twisted by mediocre mainstream history) Magellan was tasked to reach, Further discovered that its ancient origin came from word "Palay" and thus the process of choosing the best grains, hence PILI (Choose) PINO (Finely).
Ultimately the land of Maharlika was renamed from its very ancient original source, from whom the name Philip actually was inspired from, Philippines, from its ancient profound origin PILI PINO, the Chosen People.

Indigenous People are people of Time Immemorial! They are God's people, the Chosen ones, but because of one man's sin everybody was driven outside the Paradise, from the Garden of Eden.

These were God's people, the Chosen ones, now scattered all over the world. You will know them through the kind of Spirit they have. They are self-reliant, self-determined, know how to self-empower, know their rights and cannot be bought.

These are the Indigenous People, and I am still looking for them. Revelations 7; 144,000 people I am looking for, with the same kind of spirit and belief and faith in God our Creator who will give us homage in these last days.

This was God's promise since the children of God were driven outside the Paradise.

They were immortal, but because of a sin, making covenance with Luzbel now Lucifer, we then experience death!

However, in these last days, God promised us life everlasting once this nation - the Mother Province (Iligan, Region 10 the LAND OF PROMISE, KFH) stands firm, with the rest of God's people, who will be the block builders of this new nation, new community who are willing to be transformed and purified, and will be gathered in this community to serve God and country.

They are the noble men, bright, intelligent, trustworthy, independent, know what they want and fight with dignity and not afraid to die and are the Servants of God!

They are the lost souls. The spirit of man never dies, but the body does since the first transgression of the man from time immemorial to take the Gold out of Paradise.

The Gold was the root of all evil. It was the Gold that Lucifer took from the middle of the garden and the apple was only the covenant allowing them to tale the gold and to follow their own will. God sealed it with a promise that in the last days a curse to anyone who even touches it - they must and will die.

People who will not turn to God on his requirements will suffer like hell.

This was a covenant God gave to Adam and Eve with Lucifer.

THE Treaty of Paris expired l976. That means, the whole nations lost its rights over their jurisdictional territories. To remedy the situation, they form the bilateral and trilateral agreements. The Republic of the Philippines was given an extension up to 2004 to rule and 10 years to turn-over the framework to the Sovereignty, “We the Filipino People”.


Amendment of 1987 Constitution, Article XVI, Section 2, provides a new nation and government, by the Philippine Congress, the IPRA 8371, RATIFIED IN 1997.

Open Letter to Indonesian President from Maharlikha Queen

Open Letter to INDONESIAN Pres. Joko Widodo from HRH Salvacion Legaspi of KINGDOM FILIPINA HACIENDA of MAHARLIKHAN TRIBE. on the case of victim Mary Jane Veloso who was scheduled for execution due to drug trafficking that many people believed she was innocent of and was framed up. This morning together with UK trained Legal Executive Regina Mercado we personally handed the letter to Consul  Hon. Agus Majid of the Indonesian Consulate date 27 April, 2015 in Davao City, Philippines (Maharlikha).

The good Consul was also personally reminded that the Indonesian word Merdeka also means Maharlikha.

No. 9285: Institutionalize the use of an Alternative Dispute Resolution System under existing rights of the Indigenous Grandfather Tribe, the Sovereignty of Kingdom Filipina Hacienda, Section 28; Grant of Interim Measure of Protection Provision-  The Arbitral Tribunal is deemed constituted when the sole arbitrator or the third Arbitrator has been empowered  by the Grandfather Tribe, Kingdom Filipina Hacienda, the Undersigned hereof;

Greetings from Kingdom Filipina Hacienda! 

Proof beyond reasonable doubt 

I am making an appeal for clemency on behalf of Mary Jane Veloso on the grounds of the witness statement that the defendant had pleaded innocent; that she did not hide the drugs on the suitcase that the brother of the recruiter’s boyfriend had given it to her. Who is the real mastermind behind the crime? Was she aware of the luggage that she carried was drug? Did she have an intention to commit a crime? Circumstantial evidence can be used on the basis provided that: 1) there is more than one circumstance. 2) the facts from which the inferences are derived are proven; and 3) the combination of all circumstances is such as to produce a conviction beyond reasonable doubt.
The circumstances did not prove that the chain of events from the moment she was handed the suitcase until she reached Indonesian airport that she willingly participated in the drug mule. There is a big question mark in this chain of events. The circumstances proved should constitute an unbroken chain which leads to only one fair and reasonable conclusion, to the exclusion of all others, is the guilty person. What about the recruiter? The boyfriend?  The brother who had given the suitcase?
Unless proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt this case should be acquitted by any prosecuting judge. Proof beyond reasonable doubt does not mean the degree of proof excluding the possibility of error and producing absolute certainty. Only moral certainty or “that degree of proof which produces conviction in an unprejudiced mind” is required.

No admission of guilt until last hours of nearby execution

The prosecution needs a judicial review that the evidence is not water tight enough to convict the Filipina domestic helper. Until now in her nearing death sentence the mother of two children never pleaded guilty, a proof of innocence that she is a victim of human trafficking.

International Law on Human Rights

1. The right to a fair trial must be guaranteed to foreigners of the host countries. A duty of care must be securely guaranteed to all foreign nationals for protection and security.2. The rights of the children were also breached when Veloso’s two children who were already in Indonesia were not able to see their mother as they were late just a few hours.  On humanitarian grounds, the Indonesian government must be seen to be human. She is a mother and by executing her, the two young children will be orphaned, a social cancer that could be avoided. Children who are deprived of maternal love are going to commit crimes due to the absence of parental love and care. Under the International Human Rights Law it is guaranteed that the welfare of the children is paramount in any legal proceeding. This is also found in the United Nations of Rights of a Child.3. Right to a Family- Mary Jane Veloso’s rights are also violated on the ground that she made sacrifices to work in Hongkong and Malaysia as a domestic helper, instead she had been victimised by evil gang. Her right to a family is being violated by convicting her to death penalty. This is double injustice being done to an innocent mother who is naive and uneducated.

Diplomatic Relations and Ancient Brotherhood.

Historically our forefathers came from Indonesia. We have the same bloodline the Maharlikan people. Our language, culture and origins are similar. Poverty and corruption is rampant in the current Maharlika (Philippines) and due to this a social cancer has erupted. Filipinos go overseas to work as servants to foreign land and many are victims of rape and drug mules.
I am making this appeal that as we are one family of the same heritage to please use the power to order clemency provided by the Indonesian Constitution. The Maharlikan people implore your Honor to acquit the innocent mother of two children. This will enhance your good image on the war on drugs is just and acceptable in the international arena of law.

Peace between the United States and Spain (Treaty of Paris) was signed on Dec. 10, 1898, and came into force April 11, 1899, Article 3 specified Spain ceded to the U.S. the Philippines, in the Peace Treaty, that United States was designated as the receiving country, in the transfer of the SOVEREIGNTY of the Philippines from Spain to this is an “interim” status condition, specified upon the date of cessation, under THE INTERNATIONAL LAW, an authorized CIVIL UNITED STATES as the “Receiving Country” for the cessation, government for the Philippines, to whom the Principal Occupying Power can relinquish Territory NOW, EXIST!

The U.S. CONGRESS drafted the Philippine Constitution which was ratified in 1935, this occurred during the time of the Commonwealth Act 733 between the United States and the Republic of the Philippines 1901 – 1946, and an inauguration of Philippine Independence for civil Administration was enforced Jurisdiction holding the international instrument, the Sovereign Rights of the Indigenous Tribe of the NATIVE TITLE, the Original Certificate Title a.k.a. The Philippines was referred to by the ancient Hebrews as Ophir. The beloved in the song of Solomon with skin darkened by the kiss of Sun would be from the land of the Queen of South, also known as Sheba (Java/ Sabah).
